About Energon

Energon is agent-native publishing for documents, prototypes, and working files, made by Trevin Chow. It gives people and agents a way to publish work, open it in a browser, and return to the same link from another session or tool.

Agents work with ordinary files through an instance's HTTP API. People can upload through its hub and open the same work in a browser. Markdown becomes a readable document; prepared HTML becomes a working site. Permitted updates replace the contents at the existing address. Links stop working at expiry or deletion.

Who it is for

Energon is for people working with agents across sessions, tools, and machines, and for operators who want that publishing workflow on infrastructure they control. An instance runs in its operator's Cloudflare account, with its own identity, token, sharing, and retention policies.

Software you run

getenergon.com explains the project. It does not offer an Energon account, accept uploads, or operate your instance. The software is MIT licensed. See the deployment guide for prerequisites and costs, and the source repository for the code; repository access may be required.

Energon is not a repository, version history, document editor, or server-side application platform. Keep code and anything that needs review and versioning in your repository. Use Energon for the documents, previews, and working files around that work.
